This foundational training provides a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of reflexology. Designed in alignment with the standards of the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), this course equips students with the essential knowledge required to begin a professional career in reflexology.
In our Foot Reflexology Course you’ll learn the anatomy, biomechanics, and pathologies of the foot, gain proficiency in reading the foot chart, and master the full reflexology sequence through guided practice. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, safety, and client care, including treatment documentation, standards of practice, client positioning, foot inspection, and relaxation techniques.
Upon successful completion of the Core Course and the Foot Course, written exam, and practicum requirements, students will be eligible to apply for Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™) status through RAC.
